The depot is managed by an especially designed
network system, able to generate files for e-mail delivery in a
standard automatic format, or in any other format previously agreed
with the client. Therefore, the controller has complete domain over
the operational processes, as well as over stock situation in real
time, keeping the client daily updated.

Repair services are executed by qualified
labor, under the technical supervision of our Operations Foreman,
being kept all quality and deadline assurance of the services
rendered under Interportos direct responsibility, including
PTI for Reefer Units. Our repair services are performed in
accordance to IICL standards.

The depot has one main gate, attended by qualified personnel,
trained to follow standard procedures for Delivery and Expedition,
keeping operation conformity and thus avoiding mistakes that
would bring burdens to the Depot and to the Client.
